  • A private carpark place (1 carpark place per accommodation, other carpark places are available outside in front of the residence)

  • Booking conditions :

30% deposit on booking to confirm your stay
Balance at least one month before your arrival date

  • Cancellation conditions :

€30 in case of cancellation more than 30 days before your arrival date.
25% of the total amount in case of cancellation between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date.
75% of the total amount in case of cancellation between 14 and 8 days before your arrival date.
100% of the total amount in case of cancellation less than 7 days before your arrival date.

Pay additional services (payable locally) :

  • Bed linen: €16 Double bed – €12 single bed
  • Towels €8 / person
  • Bathrobe rental €8 / bathrobe / week
  • Mandatory end-of stay cleaning: T2 mini villa: 50 EUR, T3 mini villa: 60 EUR, T4 mini villa: 70 EUR (Does not include kitchen items, and appliances and washing up)
  • Daily or additional cleaning: From €80 to €150 depending on availability and the villa size (more information at the reception)
  • Cleaning kit €5 (7 dishwasher tablets / 1 sponge / 1 cloth / scouring cream / washing up liquid)
  • Welcome kit €5 (1 shampoo / 1 bar of soap / 1 shower gel)
  • Laundry access €4 / machine + €2 / dose of detergent
  • Pets allowed €75/ week - The vaccination certificate with updated vaccines will be required upon arrival. Dogs from category I & II are note allowed.
  • Mandatory Tourist tax €0.75 per person per night (free for minor children) – subject to competent authorities amendments
